I am sorry to say it's been a disaster last time I went there. I am a keen horse rider but also I am a guinea pig owner (very irrelevant to most of you, I realise...) All went wrong after they sold me some very strange hay/haylage/strange stuff with magpie feathers in it... I contacted them promptly but was ignored, of course... guinea pig owners are not on the top of the list. Well, my advice is don't trust them when it comes to small pet's food.

This place is fantastic. The staff are amazing. Helpful, honest and truthful. Great advice for complete newbies to riding. We take our 4 kids here for their gear and each and every member of staff has been brilliant with them. They could have sold us new helmets every time but instead have given us the truth and common sense. Absolutely recommend.
